At Jojo's K9 Academy we reserve the right to decline service for any reason.

At Jojo's K9 Academy we expect that our trainer and dogs are treated with kindness and respect. Hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.

All dogs must remain on-leash at all times unless the trainer instructs otherwise. Leashes must not be retractable.

Clients must stay with their dogs at all times! This is not a drop-off service!

Clients are required to bring their own dog treats to each training session.

We will not train dogs who are aggressive towards humans. Dogs that are aggressive towards other dogs may be declined on a case-by-case basis, and we must be contacted beforehand so that we can keep our own trainer's dogs safe.

The client is held responsible if their dog(s) destroy any property or seriously injure the trainer or his dogs.

The training session must be paid upfront, either by cashapp, venmo, or check.

If a client needs to cancel a session for any reason they must call out at least 2 hours before the scheduled session in order to receive a refund.

Additional refunds may be given out at the trainer's discretion.

All dogs are required to be vaccinated for rabies and Bordetella.

Jojo's K9 Academy will not be held responsible for any injuries or damages sustained while training sessions are being conducted. Dogs are unpredictable and it is the client's own responsibility to make sure they remain in control of their dog(s) and pay attention as to not put themself or their dog(s) in harm's way.
